Have you ever try to start a diet or exercise plan and all you think about is all the reasons why you "can't"??
Well I have decided to go back to Weight Watchers...again and to do this for real!
It is not about looks anymore, I want to "feel" better, I am 41 years old but feel like I am 60! I have back pains, knee pain, feet pain, you name it! I am done, done, done.
I am pretty good with my food (most of the time) but this time around, I really need to focus on the exercise and stop the "I am too busy" "I do not have time" "I am too tired", I am done with that too!
So wish me luck on this journey that I know is going to be long,and it is going to be painful...
